James Ottis Ward, 84, of Allensville, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022. He was born June 26, 1938 to the late James Elmore Ward & Sally (Morris) Ward.
He is also preceded in death his 2 sisters, Peggy Ward (2017) and Estelle Hughes (2017) and his brother, Loy Glenn Ward (2018).
James is survived by his loving wife, Louise Ward; his son, James Choate; his daughters, Linda Swain, Tharesa Mosley, Sheila Ansley, Tammy Benton, 13 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, 20-plus great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
James loved woodworking and farming.
Visitation will be held from 12-4 p.m. Saturday, July 23, in the chapel of Kirby Funeral Services Russellville with cremation to follow.
