Penny Lynne Price, 60, of Russellville passed away Sunday, May 29, 2022, at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab. She is the daughter of the late Jesse Reed & Barbara Ann (Masten) Reed.
She is survived by her husband, David Price Jr. of Hopkinsville, son Mark Price of Russellville; her daughter, Katie O’Halloran (Jon) of Russellville; her son, Jason Heltsley of Russellville; and her granddaughter, Raye-Lynne O’Halloran.
Cremation was chosen and there will be a visitation Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab.
