Kenneth Ray Duncan, 73, of Russellville, passed away Saturday, Oct. 9, at Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson. He was born in Louisville, on May 8, 1948 to the late Lilburn Elvis Duncan and Sarah Williams Davis Duncan. He was a U.S. Vietnam Army veteran, a factory worker, a member of Second Baptist Church and member of the American Legion.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Jane Marshall of Lewisburg; his niece, Anna Goodwin of Russellville; and his great-nephews, Colton Minton and Brayden Huffine.
Funeral services for Kenneth Ray Duncan will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 14 at 2 p.m. at Summers and Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home on Thursday will be held from noon until the time of service.
