Kim Yvonne Clack, 65, of Lewisburg, died on Friday, April 30, 2021, at her home in Lewisburg.
She was born Sunday, July 31, 1955 in Lapeer, Mich., the daughter of the late Elmer Clack and the late Dorothy Harrison Clack.
She was a retired seamstress from Red Kap and was also a caregiver.
Surviving are her son, Nathan Clack (Megan) of Lewisburg; her sister, Susie Clark of Clarksville; her grandchildren, Anna-Lee Leeman of Russellville and David Clack of Lewisburg; her niece, Brandy Clark of Clarksville; her great-nephew Thomas J. Hughes of Clarksville; and a special friend, Sherry Covington of Lewisburg.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Bobby Clack and Dennis Clack, and her sister, Pamela Clack.
Cremation was chosen with services to be held at a later date.
