Thomas Epley, 70, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2020 at the Auburn Health Care in Auburn. He was a Logan County native born Feb. 6, 1950 to the late Floyd Epley and Dorothy Talley Epley. He was a farmer and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his sons, Brian Thomas Epley of Russellville, John Thomas Epley of Shelbyville, Tenn., and Keith Creek of Russellville; his daughters, Juanita Nichols and husband Elijah of Russellville; Christina Goodwin and husband Lance of Olmstead and Tammy Jean Bell and husband Chris of Shelbyville, Tenn,; her brothers, Tony Epley and Jerry Epley, both of Franklin, and Sammy Epley of Russellville; her sisters, Ruby Thompson of White House, Tenn., Martha Belle Murray of Franklin, Linda Farmer of Murfreesboro, and Mary Hamilton of Louisville; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Thomas Epley will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 4, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with David Lewis officiating. A walk-through visitation will be held Monday at the funeral home from noon until the service hour. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
