Thelma Wright, 78, of Auburn, Kentucky passed away Sunday, Dec. 20, 2020 at Creekwood Nursing and Rehab in Russellville. She was a Logan County native, born Feb.13, 1942 to the late Alva Lester Johnson and Thelma Louise Trimble Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Victor Thomas Wright; her daughter, Teresa Richey and husband Larry of Auburn; her brother, Alva Ray Johnson and wife Sandra of Hopkinsville; and her grandchildren, Laura Cook and husband Ricky of Russellville, Brent Richey of Russellville, and Mindy Richey and Keith Richey, both of Auburn.
Private graveside services for Thelma Wright will be held in the Auburn Cemetery with Bro. Bobby Joe Forshee officiating. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
