Lois Marie Lyne, 81, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020 at her home. She was a Logan County native, born July 15, 1939 to the late Dave Sanford and Vera McCarter Sanford. She was a homemaker and member of Dripping Spring Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Duncan Lyne.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Lyne and Kelly of Olmstead, Mark Lyne and Tammy of Dot, and Paul Lyne and Denise of Russellville; her daughters, Lori Lyne Thurston and Carolyn White and Brian, all of Russellville; her brother, David Sanford and Janie of Greenbrier, Tenn.; nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren.
A public graveside service for Lois Marie Lyne will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 15, at Red Oak Grove Cemetery with Bro. Jeff Noffsinger officiating. A walk-through visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 14, from 4-7 p.m. at Summers and Son Funeral Home. Please observe CDC guidelines of six-feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
Memorial Donations may be made to Hosparus Barren River. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
