Ruth Ann Gossett Sadler Peters, 80, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 11, 2020 at St. Thomas West in Nashville. She was a Logan County native, born July 11, 1940 to the late Thomas Gilbert “Gil” Gossett and Corine Wood Gossett. She was a caregiver and member of Center Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William ‘Bill’ Peters.
She is survived by her son, Steve Sadler and Penny of Russellville; her daughters, Debbie Hunt and Vickie Austin and Craig, all of Lewisburg, and Sandy Ramsey and Steve and Linda Duncan, all of Russellville; and eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Ruth Ann Gossett Sadler Peters will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at Summers and Son Funeral Home with Bro. Don E. White officiating with burial to follow in Green Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
A walk through visitation at the funeral home will be held Friday, November 13, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until the service hour. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
