Eunice Mae Johnson, 93, of Oak Hill Drive, Russellville, passed away Friday, Oct. 31, 2014 at Logan Memorial Hospital. She was a Simpson County native, born Jan. 5, 1921 to the late Hobert G. Gann and Effie Cartwright Gann. She was a CPA and office manager with Williams, Walker and Horton, a member of Duncans Chapel United Methodist Church and member of the Logan County Homemakers.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Glendon “Buck” Johnson.
She is survived by her sons ~ Wayne Johnson (Jean) and Gary Johnson (Glenna) ~ both of Russellville; her brother ~ Jess Gann ~ Clarksville, Tenn.; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren
Funeral services for Eunice Mae Johnson will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders funeral home with Bro. Wayne Hunter officiating with burial to follow in the Duncans Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, Nov. 3, at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. and visitation Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the service hour at 11 a.m.
