Paula Pillow Linton, 82, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020 at the Hospice House in Bowling Green. She was a Logan County native, born Feb. 26, 1938 to the late Sam Pillow and Mary Mackey Pillow. She worked as a Medical Technician for Dr. Walter Byrne’s office and Logan County Hospital and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice “Buddy” Linton, Jr.
She is survived by her daughters, Samra Linton Smith of Bowling Green and Tracy Linton Morgan (Wesley Wrenn) of Russellville; her sisters, Mary Pillow Groft of Louisville and Phyllis Pillow Williams of Russellville; and her grandchildren, Ann Linton Smith of Bowling Green and Browning Smith of Lexington.
Graveside services for Paula Pillow Linton will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 17, 2020 in Maple Grove Cemetery with Rev. Ken Mikulcik officiating. There will be no visitation before the graveside service. Please observe CDC guidelines of six feet distancing and wearing of face coverings.
