Annette Priddy, 76, of Russellville, died on Monday, Oct. 27, 2014, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, Kentucky.
She was born Sunday, Feb. 27, 1938 in Logan County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Gibby Goodman and the late Ileene Westray Goodman. She was the wife of the late David Priddy. She was living with her grandson, Elliot Phillips.
She was a bookkeeper for the City of Lewisburg and a member of Baugh Station General Baptist Church.
Surviving are her sons, Charles and Chris Phillips, both of Russellville, and Craig Phillips of Lewisburg; her daughter, Cindy Lewis of Clarksville, Tenn.; her brothers, Gerald Goodman of Auburn, Bobby Goodman of Russellville, and Terry Goodman of Lewisburg; her sister, Carol Moore of Lewisburg; 12 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
She was predeceased by a son, Tom Phillips.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Inc. located at 252 E. Green St. Lewisburg 42256. Interment will be in Lewisburg Cemetery.
The family will receive friends after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Price Funeral Home.
