No Public Services Due to the Coronavirus
John P. Hermon III, 72, of Russellville, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at the Medical Center in Bowling Green. He was a Logan County native, born July 22, 1947 to the late John P. Hermon II and Nancy White Hermon. He was a truck driver, Navy Veteran, electronics worker, was a Mason, Boy Scout leader, HAM radio operator and member of the Glen Leven Presbyterian Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
He is survived by his sons, John P. Hermon IV of Saint Martin, Minn., and James Robert Hermon of Russellville; and his daughter, Isabel Courtney Hermon of Nashville.
Private services for the family of John P. Hermon III will be held with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Logan County Humane Society. Summers and Son Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
