Coleman Duncan Lyne, 83, of Russellville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019 at his home. He was a Logan County native, born May 20, 1936 to the late Duncan Lyne and Martha Jett Gordon Lyne. He was a farmer and attended Dripping Spring Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Lois Lyne; his sons, Michael Lyne and wife Kelly of Olmstead, Mark Lyne and his wife Tammy of Adairville, and Paul Lyne and wife Denise of Russellville; his daughters, Lori Thurston and Carolyn White and husband Brian, all of Russellville; his brother, Frank Lyne of Adairville; his sisters, Ann Gordon Morgan of Madisonville and Martha Jo Lyne of Bowling Green; and nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Coleman Duncan Lyne will be conducted on Sunday, Dec. 8, at 3 p.m. at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Noffsinger officiating. Visitation at the funeral home will be held from noon until the service hour.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Kentucky. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
