Mona C. Hines Sharp, 87, of Lickskillet Road, Olmstead, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at the Signature Healthcare in Clarksville, Tenn. She was born in Butler County on December 12, 1926 to the late Victor King and Lavelle Penrod King. She was a homemaker and a member of the Dunbar Cave Baptist Church of Clarksville, Tennessee.
She is survived by her son ~ Ronald Hines (Genia ) ~ Nashville; her daughter ~ Joyce Wall (Kenneth) ~ Clarksville; her brother ~ Glenn King ~ Guthrie; her five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mona C. Hines Sharp will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 27 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Jesse Tharpe officiating with burial in the Belmont Cemetery in Allensville. Visitation will be at the funeral home Saturday, July 26, from 4-8:00 pm and after 8 a.m. on Sunday until the funeral hour of 2 p.m.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the American Cancer Society. Envelopes will be available.
