Myrtle Elizabeth Pogue, 97, of Lewisburg, died on Friday, May 31, 2019, at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville.
She was born Tuesday, Sept. 27, 1921, the daughter of the late Johnnie White and the late Lillie Lyons White. She was the wife of the late Lois Pogue.
She was a homemaker and a past grandmother at the Lewisburg Elementary School
She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
Surviving are her nephew, Lois Farmer Brown (Faye); her brother, Oscar Lewis White, of Dayton, Ohio; her sisters, Betty Sue Joines of Marion, Ind., Jean Morrow of Indianapolis, and Lillie Mae Fullen of Greenwood, IN.
Funeral Service will held on Sunday June 2, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc., 252 E. Green St., Lewisburg, with Bro. Jimmy Kenner and Bro. Albert Clardy officiating. Visitation will begin on Saturday, June 1, from 5 – 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will be on Sunday June 2, in Lewisburg Cemetery.
